- To address the widespread concern of email volume across IEEE (beyond just MGA communications) by reducing overload and ensuring members receive only the most relevant and valuable information. This mission focuses on enhancing the relevance and effectiveness of IEEE communications through improved opt-out mechanisms, adopting modern communication platforms, and using best practices in content creation and delivery.

- The initiative will focus on improving IEEE member communications through several key activities. It will begin by revising the opt-out mechanism to offer members more control over the types of messages they receive and conducting surveys to align with their preferences. Communication metrics such as open and opt-out rates will be analyzed to identify trends. Best practices for e-notices will be implemented, including clear subject lines and concise content.
