IEEE Northeast Brazil Section Entrepreneurship Group
- Mission:
- The mission of our local group is to incentivize entrepreneurship and innovation in Rio Grande do Norte, facilitating the connection between good ideas and agents who can facilitate their development. Additionally, we aim to foster local development by connecting Rio Grande do Norte with the world, through IEEE.
- Time Horizon:
- One Year
- Main Activities:
- The first activity is aimed at publicizing the start of the group, which is a coffee event to discuss investments and how technology can help us invest, and at the end, we announce the beginning of our activities. The second event is 100% focused on entrepreneurship in Rio Grande do Norte, addressing topics such as how to structure a startup, how to transform good ideas into businesses, and how to transition academic projects into an entrepreneurial experience. The last event is “GO RN,” an event already consolidated in the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Rio Grande do Norte, which IEEE Entrepreneurship and IEEE UFRN co-host.
