Our initiative responds to the need to coordinate efforts among universities, educational institutions, the productive sector, and the community, positioning the section as a leader in the development of entrepreneurial talent with a global perspective.
Our mission is to train, connect, and empower entrepreneurs at all stages of development, from high school students to professionals, through practical experiences that integrate technical knowledge, business skills, and strategic vision. Through a continuous and structured program—which includes entrepreneurship events, pitch competitions, mentoring with founders, innovation workshops, hackathons, and spaces for dialogue between academia and industry—we guarantee a sustainable, inclusive, and high-impact value proposition, in line with the international best practices promoted by IEEE.
The group is conceived as a hub for talent and opportunities, facilitating interaction with incubators, accelerators, mentors, and investors, and promoting the effective transfer of knowledge between academia and the business sector. This integration not only strengthens the training of participants but also contributes to the economic and technological development of the Caribbean region, fostering the creation of startups and innovative solutions to local and global challenges.
